On the Pond Lodge is an elegant Canada Select Four Star retreat nestled in a beautiful wooded setting. The Lodge overlooks New Brunswick's Saint John River, one of Canada's most beautiful and historic large rivers. Our lodge is designed in the tradition of a fine country inn: refined, comfortable, relaxing but never stuffy. Our guests say the personal touches and warm atmosphere make them feel at home and free to enjoy themselves. Despite the wilderness setting, On the Pond is easy to get to... only 15 minutes from New Brunswick's capital city, Fredericton a major urban centre. Access via the Trans-Canada highway or the Fredericton airport.
High wood-beam ceilings, large fireplaces, wood and stone floors are complemented by the owner's personal collection of antique furnishings. Nestled in the woods, the Lodge has a view of the water only metres away. The large stone patio and spacious landscaped grounds offer space for outdoor events and activities, or just relaxing on the lawn.
The Lodge forms the center for all our events and recreation packages. We host meetings and events for up to 90 people, with more room for summer-time events on the surrounding grounds. Overnight accommodations are available for up to 16 guests. A complete health and beauty spa is available in the lower area of The Lodge.
