We are a 62 acre privately owned family campground with a lot to offer. We are located within a 2 hours drive form Atlanta or Charlotte and less than 30 mintues from Clemson University. We are a perfect spot from which you can explore many historic and entertainment venues in the Upcountry of South Carolina and North Carolina. Our Campground is right on Lake Hartwell. You can launch your boat from our concrete boat ramp and dock. You can fish from our dock or from the shore.We rent out Boats and canoes so you can all enjoy the lovely Lake Hartwell. If you like hiking, we have 35 acres of hiking trails in the woods where you find water flowing over a number of Beaver Dams and wildlife. We have a large Pool and Kiddie pool, a 9 hole Mini-Golf course, Basketball Court, Playground, Horseshoe Pits, Volleyball Court, and Game Room. For groups needing a place to meet we have a covered Pavilion with stage and a heated/air-conditioned meeting room. We also have a Camp Store stocked with drinks, Ice Cream, Ice Wood, RV Supplies, and other Sundries. We also dispense Propane so you can fill up whilst here. For those who would like to stay with us longer, we offer Monthly and Seasonal rates. We also have a storage facility for your boat or RV at very reasonalble rates.

Hartwell Lake is one of the southeast's largest and most popular public recreation lakes. Built by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers between 1955 and 1963 as part of a flood control, hydropower, and navigation project, authorized purposes now include recreation, water quality, water supply, and fish and wildlife management. Each year, millions of people utilize the many public parks, marinas, and campgrounds conveniently located around the lake to pursue a variety of outdoor recreational experiences -making Hartwell one of the most visited Corps lakes in the nation. Hartwell Lake is a man-made lake bordering Georgia and South Carolina on the Savannah, Tugaloo, and Seneca Rivers. The lake is created by Hartwell Dam located on the Savannah River seven miles below the point at which the Tugaloo and Seneca Rivers join to form the Savannah. Extending 49 miles up the Tugaloo and 45 miles up the Seneca at normal pool elevation, Hartwell Lake comprises nearly 56,000 acres of water with a shoreline of 962 miles.
